Who we are

PX5 Functional Gym. We run PX5 Functional Gym and this app. In this notice, "we" means PX5 Functional Gym.

What we collect

  • Your name, phone number and email.
  • Your bookings and payments, including payment screenshots you upload.
  • Your membership and class packs.
  • Your waiver and health answers, and your emergency contact.
  • Photos, posts and comments you share.
  • Your first name and last initial, shown to people who have booked a session on the sessions you book (who's going).
  • Your WOD scores and personal records.
  • How far you were from the gym when you checked in, if location check-in is on.
  • Details of the phone or browser you use for notifications.

Why we collect it

  • To take bookings, payments and issue receipts.
  • To keep you safe in training.
  • To send reminders about your classes, membership and events.
  • To run the community features, such as the feed, leaderboard and challenges.
  • To run the gym.

Where it comes from

It comes from you, or from a member who booked you in.

Who else handles it

  • Railway hosts the app and its database in the United States.
  • Google, Apple or Mozilla deliver push notifications to your device.
  • Anthropic reads WOD board photos that staff upload. No member data is sent.
  • Our staff and coaches.

What you must give

Your name and phone number, to book. Everything else is optional.

Your choices

You can turn notifications, profile visibility, the leaderboard and location check-in on or off in Me, under Profile and privacy.

Your rights

You can see your data, correct it, download it, delete your account, or withdraw your consent for health answers at any time. Use the buttons under Me, Profile and privacy, or ask us. We reply within 21 days.

How long we keep it

  • Your account and its history: while your account exists. Delete your account and it goes straight away.
  • Payments, receipts, orders, memberships and packs: 7 years, because Malaysian tax rules ask for it. After that, names and phone numbers are removed.
  • The waiver signature of a deleted member: 7 years from signing, with the health answers already removed.
  • Reminder records: 180 days.
  • Notification devices that have not worked for 180 days: removed.
  • Guest bookings with no activity for 3 years: made anonymous.
