Policies

Booking sessions

Book online up to 7 days ahead, up to 2 sessions a day. Sessions are RM18, or RM12 for members. Pay at the gym, or by DuitNow on your booking page.

Full sessions: join the waitlist. When someone cancels, the first person waiting gets the spot automatically.

Membership: RM105 for a year, starting the day it’s confirmed. Book while signed in to get the member rate.

Cancellation policy

Cancel from your booking page up to 2 hours before the session. Your spot goes straight to the next person on the waitlist. Less than 2 hours before: you can no longer cancel online. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can so someone else can come. Late cancellations and no-shows aren’t refunded. If you paid online and can’t make it in time, we may move your booking to another session at our discretion. If we cancel a session (coach unwell, closures, emergencies), you’ll be told by WhatsApp or notification, and anything you paid is refunded or kept as credit for another session. Leaving the waitlist is free at any time.

Waiver

Everyone who trains signs the gym’s waiver and health form. Read the waiver.

Shop orders

Payment

Pay by DuitNow QR or bank transfer, then upload your receipt on the order page. Items are held for 24 hours; unpaid orders are cancelled after that and the stock is released. Orders ship only after the payment is confirmed in our account. Pre-orders are paid in full when you order and ship once the batch is made.
